Penn State Media & Technology: Equipment Ordering

Media and Technology Support Services of PSU would like to introduce to you our improved web site for ordering equipment online.

You may schedule equipment for classroom use online for same day/advance pickup at Wagner Annex or simply come to Wagner Annex to schedule and pick up equipment.

Equipment is scheduled 3 days for classroom use and there is a $ 25.00 per day late fee for late returns.

Equipment Hours:

• M-Th 7:45 a.m. - midnight
• Fri 7:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

If you schedule online, be sure to tell MediaTech Staff working the counter that equipment is already scheduled when you come in to pick up the equipment, so order will not be duplicated.

To login:

• use your PSU Email address
• scheduling on the web also requires a password, which is pre-set to WELCOME
• you'll be prompted to set a private password upon initial login

In order for the above to work, you must have ordered from MediaTech before. If you have not ordered from MediaTech before, call 865-5400 to have MediaTech schedule the equipment. After doing this, in the future, you will be able to login using your PSU Email Address and initial password WELCOME
